2. These terms define the rules for using the Store and concluding distance sales agreements.

To use the Store and place orders, you need:
1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. Placing an order incurs an obligation to pay.
3. The Store offers both ready-made products and 3D printing services according to specifications provided by the Customer (personalized services).
1. The Customer can choose the following payment methods: Przelewy24, Blik, Stripe (credit cards), or traditional bank transfer.
2. Products are delivered to InPost parcel lockers or by courier to the address indicated during the order process.
1. A consumer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. EXCEPTION (Custom 3D Printing): The right to withdraw from a distance contract is NOT granted for contracts concerning non-prefabricated items produced to the consumer's specifications or adapted to their customized needs (under Article 38(3) of the Consumer Rights Act). The right to cancel such an order free of charge expires once the physical printing process begins.
1. Due to additive manufacturing technology (e.g., FDM, SLA), finished prints may feature visible layer lines, minor surface irregularities, and a dimensional tolerance (up to approx. +/- 0.5 mm). These are standard characteristics of this technology and do not constitute physical defects.
2. Copyrights: By submitting a 3D model file (e.g., .STL, .OBJ) for printing, the Customer declares they hold the copyrights or appropriate licenses to print it. In the event of third-party intellectual property claims, the Customer bears full legal and financial responsibility, indemnifying the Seller.
1. The Seller is obliged to deliver an item free from defects.

Consumers have the option to use out-of-court mechanisms for considering complaints and pursuing claims. Disputes between the Seller and the Consumer can be resolved via the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
1. In matters not covered by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
