According to the Polish Consumer Rights Act, a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days.
1. The withdrawal period begins from the moment the Consumer (or indicated third party) takes possession of the item.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision via email: [EMAIL] before the 14-day period expires. You may use the standard withdrawal form template.
3. You bear the direct cost of returning the Product. Returns should be sent to: [YOUR RETURN ADDRESS] or InPost locker [LOCKER CODE], email: [EMAIL for InPost], phone: [PHONE].
4. The Store refunds all payments received from the Consumer (including the cheapest standard delivery cost offered) without delay, no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item back.
The right to withdraw from a distance contract does NOT apply to the Consumer in respect of contracts (Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act):
Ready-made products, keychains, or accessories with a predefined shape available from stock are subject to the standard 14-day return right.
1. The Seller is obliged to deliver an item without physical or legal defects.
2. If the received product has defects or was damaged during transport, the Consumer has the right to file a warranty claim.
3. Important (Specifics of 3D Prints): Additive manufacturing technology (FDM/SLA) features a layered structure. Characteristics specific to this technology, such as visible layer lines, minor extrusion seams, and minimal dimensional deviations (resulting from material shrinkage, generally up to +/- 0.5 mm), are natural features of the production process. They do not constitute a physical defect of the product and cannot be the sole basis for a warranty complaint. The same applies to slight color differences resulting from color rendering on different monitors.
4. Complaints should be submitted in writing to: [EMAIL], describing the defect and, if possible, attaching photos of the damaged product.
5. Under the warranty, the Consumer may request repair, replacement with a defect-free product, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract (if the defect is significant).
6. The Seller will process the complaint within 14 days of receiving it. You will be informed of the outcome via email.
